Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item.
Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at ismael.kabaoglu@hotmail.fr before returning any item, including your order number.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the original purchase. Defective product or error on our part.
Contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
